turkey tenderloin roast

This is the first time I’ve ever made or had turkey tenderloin roast, and I have to share it with you because it was really tasty, easy and quick. This recipe is definitely a win!

Time: 30 minutes Serves: 4-6 Mode: Stovetop

Ingredients: 4 turkey breast tenderloins (about 4 ounces each) 1/2 cup flour 1 TBSP butter 3 green onions sliced thin 1 can of condensed cream of chicken soup (undiluted) 1/2 cup water (or milk to make creamier)

Directions: 1. Roll flour over turkey.

2. In a large skillet or cast iron, melt the butter over medium heat and add turkey.

3. Cook until browned on all sides.

4. Add the green onion and cook for 1-2 minutes.

5. Combine soup and water (or milk) and pour over the turkey.

6. Bring to a boil, but return to a simmer once boiling.

7. Cook until meat thermometer reaches 165 degrees F. This should be about 8-10 minutes.
